Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) as needed.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, kneeling and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
