Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets.
• Ensure exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences.
• Execute company strategies for merchandising and inventory processes.
• Provide coaching, training, and supervision of store associates.
• Maintain store security and company assets.
