Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will build and guide a passionate Associate team focused on merchandising and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes strong financial oversight, coaching and development, and adherence to Ollie’s core values to drive growth and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of all store sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking and shrink reduction.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors and ensures standards in every Associate and Customer interaction.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Coaches, trains, develops, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Maintains security of the store location and all company assets.
