Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets and store expenses.
• Manages store operations and merchandising to meet goals.
• Coaches, trains, and schedules store associates to meet business needs.
• Maintains security of the store location and assets.
