Blufox Mobile, a partner of Comcast Xfinity, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Oak Ridge location with a focus on coaching a high-performing sales team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in telecom or retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage operations, scheduling, inventory, and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Retail Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns quickly.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing.
