Job summary

Blufox Mobile, a growing telecommunications retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Greeneville store. You will coach, motivate, and develop staff while driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will monitor performance, manage daily operations, and ensure inventory accuracy and merchandising standards while aligning with Comcast Xfinity products and services. This role demands flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a: Retail Store Manager Sales Manager Wireless Retail Manager Telecommunications Manager
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ablity to stand for long periods of time
• LIft up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
