Blufox Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on coaching, customer experience, and operational excellence at a Comcast Xfinity partner location.

Ideal candidates have a track record in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage store performance while developing staff. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.

• Proven experience in retail store management or wireless retail leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused and sales-driven culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Drive store revenue, monitor KPIs, and implement growth strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build community relationships.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising.
