Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our Valley Fair store in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead a team of 10 to 12 associates, ensuring customer-centric service and sales growth across moments in-store and online.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment—to deliver timely, data-driven results and coaching that aligns with company goals. This onsite role reports to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• As 2+ years of management in retail, you’ll drive store metrics and coaching.
• You’ll recruit, hire, and train associates and supervisors.
• You’ll engage customers and lead store events and promotions.
• You’ll collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and supervise Supervisors and Associates.
• Drive customer engagement through events and promotions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and inventory control.
• Develop store merchandising guidelines and in-store experience.
• Provide feedback to improve business performance.
