Job summary

Fabletics in Brea, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead Sales & Operations at Brea Mall. You will manage a team of 10 to 12 associates, drive customer engagement, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across store and website.

You'll recruit, hire, train, and coach associates, collaborate with Merchandising and Inventory teams, oversee Payroll and POS systems, and strive to hit ambitious targets while upholding our culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of 10–12 associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with Excel, POS systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Operations at the Brea Mall store, ensuring peak performance.
• Recruit, hire and train store associates and supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions and community projects.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, and store paperwork for accuracy.
• Develop merchandising guidelines to optimize the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment teams.
