Fabletics is seeking a passionate Retail Store Manager for the Brea Mall location in Brea, CA. You will lead a team of 10–12 associates, drive sales and store operations, and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience for customers across website and stores.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will coordinate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment, manage payroll/inventory, and develop merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a manager in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and operations.
