Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Livermore, CA location to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a fast-paced team. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver seamless service, train associates, and maintain engaging merchandising that reflects our brand.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail, enthusiasm for active lifestyle products, and a collaborative mindset. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products such as Yoga, cycling, running, etc.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and business partners.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and drive sales to meet targets.
• Provide training and feedback to team on customer experience and playbooks.
• Maintain store merchandising to enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates and achieve goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards and assist with inventory as needed.
