Fabletics, Inc. seeks a Retail Store Manager for our LA Flagship at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead a high-energy team of 10–12 associates, oversee Sales & Operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience across store and web channels.

You will report to the Regional Director, recruit and train staff, manage payroll and inventory, and partner with Merchandising and Fulfilment teams to drive results. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach a team of store staff.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with Excel proficiency.
