Framebridge in Boulder is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team, uphold the Framebridge brand, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit and train staff, manage store operations, and collaborate with manufacturing and online channels to ensure seamless omni-channel service.

The role requires minimum 3 years in store management, strong communication, and a passion for design. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.
• Experience managing in a customer service, retail or hospitality role.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coordinate with manufacturing/online channels to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Train staff on product knowledge and design advice.
