Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team with a focus on WOW customer service and live the pledge.
• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to drive store execution and performance.
• Manage and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop the team.
• Direct customer service activities, ensuring outstanding experiences and proactive issue resolution.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture.
