The Manager in Training (MIT) is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position, with hands-on assignments and structured learning over 8–12 weeks. In this program you’ll gain leadership experience, learn to analyze monthly P&L, manage inventory and staff, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Fluent in English; strong Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience with store operations and customer service leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and customers.
• Learn to manage monthly P&L and drive store profitability.
• Support policies, training processes, and structured operations.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees.
• Oversee customer service activities and resolve concerns.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and operational learning.
