The role offers hands-on assignments with progression to management within 8–12 weeks based on performance and experience. As an MIT, you will lead by example, mentor staff, manage inventory, and contribute to sales strategies while learning to analyze P&L statements and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule: Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail: Previous experience in automotive retail or analyzing company financials (e.g., Profit & Loss statements) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations under the Store Manager, delivering WOW customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Mentor and train team members to develop a capable, high-performing staff.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention to maximize profitability.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements and implement actions to improve store profitability.
• Ensure policies and processes are followed, maintaining a structured training program.
