Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with store assets and daily operations.
• Help plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling with the Store Manager.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service across the store.
• Perform general administrative duties and support Store Manager duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per the customer service manual, assisting customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold company policies and procedures across manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud.
