Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Self-starter with initiative for important tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Team-player attitude with a passion for customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain quality customer service as outlined in policy manuals.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service at entry and peak times.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the store.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls.
