Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Supervise in Store Manager’s absence and assume responsibilities.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain inventory movement awareness and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service and assist during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold policies and protect company assets and information.
• Perform general administrative duties and training.
