Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Contribute to action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Guide employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and tasks.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per manuals and policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold policies and internal controls; report potential fraud risks.
