Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing and recruitment activities.
• Support store merchandising and pricing per store direction.
• Help with inventory management, damages, markdowns, and store documents.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store front operations assistance.
• Model company policies and procedures.
• Participate in opening/closing routines and bank deposits.
• Support financial integrity through cashier controls and security practices.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environments.
• Operate store in manager's absence as needed.
• Review sales, labor, and inventory metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete all paperwork per guidelines and deadlines.
