Our Retail Store Managers are encouraged to take pride in the business as if it was their own. We seek individuals with excellent sales and customer service skills. The Retail Store Manager will drive the business by connecting with the community through events and partnerships, and help lift local charities.

What you will do:

1. Supervise the store sales team to meet sales, customer service, and profitability goals.
2. Greet customers and assist them during their shopping experience.
3. Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
4. Handle sales transactions, including cash and credit card processing, discounts, etc.
5. Restock the sales floor.
6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
7. Recruit, hire, and train the sales team.
8. Manage staffing levels and create schedules, ensuring coverage, including a manager at all times.
9. Lead, develop, and coach the sales team.
10. Ensure excellent customer service.
11. Handle deposits and bank runs.
12. Process freight and set up the sales floor as shipments arrive.

What you need:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation for bank deposits.
• Interest in teaching sales and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong results-driven attitude.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to open/close the store independently when needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, twist, bend, climb ladders, reach, and lift 25-50 pounds.
