Phantom Fireworks is seeking a high-energy Retail Management Team member in Roberts, WI. You will lead store operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training provided. You will handle opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance while supporting a dynamic team and seasonal peak hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Experience managing staff and cash control procedures.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak hours.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling.
• Assist the management team with daily store operations.
• Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately.
• Oversee, lead, and support store staff.
• Assist and address customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
