Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations within the district. You will lead store operations, sales, customer service, and staff development to meet performance targets.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and leadership capabilities, with compliance to regulations and company policies. Travel within the district and occasional overnight trips may be needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
Interact with customers and diffuse complaints using active listening.
Escalate issues to District Director of Operations or Corporate Office when needed.
Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and bank deposits.
Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with store recruitment, onboarding of Assistant Store Managers, and training.
