You will lead site operations, sales, customer service, and store level leadership while guiding a team to achieve metric targets. The role requires outstanding customer service, cash handling, and supervisory experience, with a focus on compliance, training, and effective district collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to customers that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers, using active listening skills, to confirm or clarify information and diffuse customer complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations (DDO) and Corporate Office if unable to resolve the issue directly with the customer.
• Respond professionally and accurately to customers in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins including managing a cash drawer and deposits.
