Wild Fork is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Pensacola to lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring top-tier customer experiences and strong inventory control. You will drive store performance, develop staff, and embody company values in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and cost control while partnering with the distribution and commercial teams to maximize profitability and freshness of products. A passion for food and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 5+ years retail experience with 3+ years in store leadership and P&L accountability.
• Proven success in coaching and training employees.
• Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
• Ability to delegate tasks and drive ownership.
• Demonstrates urgency, time management and prioritization.
