Job summary

Wild Fork in Town of Florida, NY is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a team of brand ambassadors, drive inventory control, and deliver a top-tier customer experience while upholding the company's values.

You will train and mentor staff, manage schedules, control costs, and coordinate with distribution and commercial teams to maximize freshness and availability, maintaining a vibrant, community-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a store-level leadership capacity with P&L accountability.
• Proven success in coaching and training employees.
• Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service.
• Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization.
