Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, develop and retain a high performing team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.
