Job summary

DXL Group is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an unmatched guest experience in Greenwood, IN. You will coach associates, drive sales, manage inventory and control expenses while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

You will build a high-performing, product-savvy sales team, become a knowledge expert on private labels and brands, and coordinate with nearby locations as needed. Travel to neighboring stores may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a Store Manager role.
• 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous involvement in commission-based environment a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and learns their needs to tailor experiences.
• Ensure store meets sales plans while monitoring service, inventory, expenses, and risk.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve selling skills and operations.
• Serve as product knowledge expert across apparel, brands, and tailoring.
