Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead guest experience and team performance in one of our Colorado stores. You will coach staff, monitor sales, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending time to understand needs and preferences.
• Assist Store Manager to meet sales plans while monitoring service, inventory, expenses and risk.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert across a broad apparel range and private labels.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to build a superior customer-focused sales team.
