DXL Group is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an unmatched guest experience in Greenwood, IN. You will coach associates, drive sales, manage inventory and control expenses while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

You will build a high-performing, product-savvy sales team, become a knowledge expert on private labels and brands, and coordinate with nearby locations as needed. Travel to neighboring stores may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a Store Manager role.
• 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous involvement in commission-based environment a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ensure store meets sales plans while monitoring service, inventory, expenses, and risk.

• Ensure the store meets sales plans, while monitoring customer service, inventory, expense control, and risk management
• Build a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing

ARE YOU A FIT?

Specific qualifications for this role include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, a plus
• 2 years of experience in a Store Manager role
• 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Previous involvement working in a commission oriented environment, a plus
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
