Job summary

AT&T in Anderson, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and drive sales and customer service excellence.

You'll manage merchandising, product launches and outreach events, with comprehensive training to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation including commissions.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. And, you won’t be in this alone. Compensation

Retail Store Managers earn between $49,500 - $74,300 plus $26,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
