Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in Clarksville and to drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a team of sales consultants, ensure effective merchandising, and participate in on-site and off-site promotional activities.

The role includes coaching the team to achieve sales and service goals, with access to ongoing paid training and opportunities for career progression within a leading technology company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
