Job summary

AT&T in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver best-in-class service. You’ll drive merchandising, product launches, and sales initiatives to exceed targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, coordinate outreach events, and work with cross-functional partners to grow store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Compensation

Our Retail Store Managers earn a base salary between $55,000 and $82,600, with the opportunity to earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding store sales objectives. Total target compensation can range from $83,000 to $110,600, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
