Job summary

AT&T in Statesboro, GA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage merchandising, product launches, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service across AT&T products and services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, lead outreach events, and participate in paid training to support leadership success. The role offers access to the latest technology and a clear path for career growth within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Job description

Compensation & Benefits

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $55,000 - $82,600+ $26,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
