As the senior leader of a store, you’ll foster a culture of service, accountability, and excellence while driving performance through strategic leadership and day-to-day operations. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the floor coaching and motivating your team, maintaining a visually compelling showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction that reflects The Bob's Way.

This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities

Salary Range: $68,000 to $72,500 plus bonus opportunity.
