Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑volume store in Auburn Hills, MI. You will coach on the floor, maintain a visually compelling showroom, and ensure customer satisfaction across The Bob's Way.

This is a full‑time, in‑store role with weekend/evening availability. You will drive sales performance, oversee budgets and operations, manage inventory, and develop your team while upholding service standards and an inclusive culture at a fast‑growing omni‑channel

This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods
