Job summary

What You’ll Do

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store – from daily operations to leading your team and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage store employees
• Schedule shifts and ensure full store coverage
• Lead by example and build a positive, respectful team culture
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store conditions
• Monitor and order inventory; ensure product freshness and rotation
• Track sales, control expenses, and drive profitability
• Complete back‑office tasks, daily cash handling, and PDI reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
