Home Service Oil Company, via Express Mart Doniphan, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure profitability, and lead a team in a busy retail environment.

You will manage staff, inventory, customer service, safety compliance, and merchandising, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

The ideal candidate brings retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to running a high-performing store.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure efficient and profitable functioning.
• Manage staff, schedule shifts, and supervise store employees.
• Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels; conduct regular audits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Execute merchandising plans and product placement according to company initiatives.
• Generate daily paperwork reporting sales, waste, and inventory.
• Handle cash deposits and reconciliations and manage financial controls.
