Job summary

Home Oil Company, Inc. in Cowarts, Alabama, is seeking a Shift Leader to help run store operations, support staff, and ensure top-notch customer service.

You will train employees, open/close the store, manage inventory, handle cash, and maintain safety and cleanliness, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed. A high school diploma and retail or convenience-store experience are required, with leadership experience preferred; nights, weekends, and holidays flexibility is a must.
