Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Texas. You will learn daily store operations, lead with guidance from senior leadership, and develop skills to coach and empower a team across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, inventory control, merchandising, and achieving store performance goals, with opportunities for bonuses and growth as you progress through the program.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories
• Complete management training and development assignments
• Perform other duties as assigned
