• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and store standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service per company manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
