AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. MITs participate in a structured leadership program designed to prepare for promotion into Retail Store Management.

Qualifications

1+ year retail management or supervisory experience.
Full-time schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead Leadership Development – live The Pledge and WOW customer service to cultivate a high-performing store team.
Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers to drive store execution and performance.
Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize store profitability.
Support store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold structured training processes.
Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong, successful team.
Take charge of customer service activities, ensuring outstanding experiences and resolving concerns proactively.
Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
Complete management skills training and learn key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture.
