Job summary

Capital Pawn in Immokalee, FL is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in daily store operations. You will work with store leadership to learn customer service, inventory management, and performance analytics while handling diverse merchandise and commissions.

You will contribute to a team-focused environment, participate in coaching and training, and support recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong customer service and team development skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused environment.
Learn and support all daily store operations.
Coach, train, and develop team members.
Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
Open and close the store following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
Analyze business results to support decisions.
Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
Complete management training and development assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
