FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Texas to learn day-to-day store operations and leadership skills. You will work with store leadership to develop a capable team while delivering excellent customer service across a variety of merchandise.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, inventory management, and supporting sales and profitability goals, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on performance. Training paths support career growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
