Cash America Pawn is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Texas. You will work with store leadership to learn day-to-day operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on management experience across merchandise categories including jewelry, electronics, and tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.

Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
