Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training for our Augusta, GA store. In this role you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, merchandising, and guest service, while gaining broad knowledge of all departments.

You will lead by example, develop the team, promote promotions, and step in as acting manager when needed. The position offers hourly compensation of $10.35 and exposure to a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Retail experience preferred, apparel/footwear is a plus.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Take on store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Deliver outstanding customer service per manuals.
