• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Assist in action planning for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take responsibility in the Store Manager's absence and run the store when needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
