Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and daily operations.
• Help establish action plans for store responsibilities (selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling).
• Assume store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards and tasks are completed.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
