Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence and guide staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Promote extraordinary customer service and merchandise promotions as per manuals.
• Maintain internal controls and report potential fraud to management.
